Mesquite

Last weekend we went down to Mesquite to visit family and see this new little baby be blessed:

Baby Jameson was born last month to Brad's brother Daylen and his wife Ashley

Johnny loved playing with all his cousins. Lilly was so sweet and held his hand while we walked home from church

Johnny had some of Grammy's strawberries

Bela slept in cousin Brandon's bed during the BYU game

We had a little picnic outside when Uncle Daylen cooked for us

Bela had lots of fun being cute...

...and playing with Aunt Cami

Johnny finally got to see Dolly at Ashley and Daylen's new house

He loves his cousin Brooks and was VERY upset he couldn't stay for a sleepover because we had to get back to Utah.

Swimming

Sometimes Johnny and Bela like to swim inside. Don't be alarmed that Elmo was left to drown, Johnny saved him.

This little girl is growing up too fast!

Costco

Tonight we went to Costco.

It was the first real rainy day of the fall and Johnny was thrilled to be wearing a hoodie just like his daddy and sister.

The boys ate a delicious and nutritious dinner at Costco (don't judge me, it was a long day)

and then we came home and got ready for bed. I tried getting a picture of the two of them in their pajamas...

...but Bela was more interested in her scriptures and Johnny in his Savior in America movie. I guess I shouldn't complain.

Happy Sunday

Today while eating quesadillas and laughing together...

...Johnny told me Bela was his best friend. I love these two.

Between his sister's leggings and Mom's boots, I can't decide which is my favorite. Looking good John, looking good.

Game Day

It's game day. Even though Brad isn't here, he left specific instructions that the kids be dressed in their BYU gear.

Brad bought Bela this cute little pink jersey for her birthday.

Johnny has been saying, "It's game day!" ever since he woke up this morning, and was quite excited about the coordinating jerseys he and Bela are sporting. And yes, that is a swim diaper on his head.
